Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
• 1+ years of supervisory experience with children with Autism.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct staff and implement individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Write quarterly progress reports and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Provide parent training and ongoing staff training.
