Job summary

Heart & Home ABA, LLC is seeking BCBA and BCBA trainee candidates in Indiana to lead clinically meaningful work with flexible remote options where appropriate. The role emphasizes supervision, supervision costs covered, and opportunities to grow with a expanding program.

Qualified applicants will complete assessments, develop evidence-based ABA plans, supervise RBTs, review data, and collaborate with families and schools. Remote work is available for suitable cases, with in-person care as needed.

Responsibilities

BCBA & BCBA Trainee Opportunities

Heart & Home ABA is recruiting both experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts and future BCBAs who are completing their training. If you are already certified, we offer flexibility, clinical support, active client demand, and room to grow. If you are working toward certification, we want to help you build the supervised fieldwork experience you need without charging you for supervision.

Lead meaningful clinical work while maintaining flexibility. Appropriate treatment planning, documentation, supervision, caregiver collaboration, and other responsibilities may be completed remotely when clinically appropriate, while client needs determine when in-person care is necessary.

BCBA Trainee Development Pathway

• BCBA fieldwork supervision at no cost to you — no separate supervision fee.
• A structured pathway designed to help you work toward BACB-qualifying supervised fieldwork.
• Individual supervision, mentorship, client observation, and ongoing clinical feedback.
• Opportunities for unrestricted activities such as assessment, data analysis, treatment planning, program development, caregiver training, staff training, and clinical documentation.
• Guidance with fieldwork documentation and supervision requirements.
• Remote supervision activities when permitted and clinically appropriate, with in-person fieldwork available as client needs and requirements call for it.
• A potential long-term pathway into a BCBA role with Heart & Home after certification.

No supervision bill

We’re building BCBAs — not selling supervision hours.

We do not charge qualified Heart & Home trainees a separate fee for the fieldwork supervision we provide, and we do not require you to repay supervision costs simply because you received them.

Our goal is a long-term relationship. We hope that after we invest in your development and you earn your BCBA, you will want to continue building your career with Heart & Home. We would rather earn that commitment by being a place you want to stay than rely on a contract designed to trap you.

Fieldwork note: All supervised fieldwork must meet current BACB requirements and applicable legal, payer, and clinical requirements. Qualifying hours depend on the activities performed, supervision structure, documentation, client availability, and the trainee’s individual circumstances. Remote supervision may be used when permitted and clinically appropriate, but fieldwork remains connected to real client services and may require in-person activities.
