Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is hiring BCBA and BCaBA professionals for a full-time hybrid role in Los Angeles, CA, supporting clinical programming and collaboration with BCBAs. You’ll work with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams to deliver high-quality ABA services.

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)
• ABA experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Los Angeles and Orange County

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical care teams (BTs/RBTs) for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
• Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance
• Track and review client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery
