Job summary

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise behavior-analytic programs and oversee RBTs and caregivers. You will conduct assessments and lead training to ensure high-quality services for children and families.

Relocation is required, with total compensation features including salary of $75K-$90K plus relocation support up to $15K, sign-on up to $20K, a vehicle stipend of $250, and housing assistance up to $2K monthly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and transportation available.
• Able to maintain clean background/drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
