Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; experience in ABA preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members including RBTs and analysts.
• Implement ABA therapy programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
