Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and supervising team members.
• Ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize reduction of challenging behavior and skill acquisition.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
