PBS Corp. in Michigan is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven ABA team dedicated to ethical, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, designing treatment plans, supervising ABA staff, and collaborating with families to support client progress in home, school, or community settings. Growth opportunities and robust benefits accompany a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB along with a related degree.
• Licensure/certification requirements per local/state regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
