Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Related degree; licensure where applicable
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to client locations and supervise staff
• Engage with clients and collect data per ABA protocols

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data and adjust plans to improve outcomes
• Ensure ethical compliance per BACB and PBS policies
