Job summary

Reliatus Behavioral Health seeks passionate BCBAs and BCaBAs to provide high-quality, home-based ABA services across Indiana. You will oversee assessments, develop plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to foster the child’s growth within a supportive environment.

Qualified candidates hold BCBA or BCaBA credentials and degrees, with a commitment to empathetic, child-centered care and ongoing professional development. Sign-on incentives and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA credentials required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA methods.
• Empathy, dedication and a passion for helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BCBAs lead; BCaBAs assist).
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians; coordinate staff to meet IEP/IFSP objectives.
• Implement program curricula and ensure clinical effectiveness; manage data and progress reports.
• Provide direct services and coaching to families to ensure skill generalization.

Education

BCBA Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education

BCaBA Bachelor’s degree in a related field
