Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to join Team PBS. The role focuses on designing and supervising ABA programs, mentoring staff, and partnering with families to improve client outcomes.

You will oversee FBAs and supervise RBTs, ensuring high-quality services in various settings. Beneficial features include flexible scheduling, strong mentorship, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth, with added bonuses for performance and signing bonuses

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Physically capable to sit on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
