Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Roles require licensure/credentialing compliance per local/state rules.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; reliable travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans to ensure success.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
