Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee behavior plans, supervise staff, and deliver high-quality ABA services. You will work with families, caregivers, and students across home, school, or community settings to promote meaningful change.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/credentialing may apply locally.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and generalization.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
