Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC in Durham, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Assessor to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism across home and community settings.

You will conduct functional and skills-based assessments, develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, provide parent training, and monitor outcomes using data-driven decision-making in alignment with BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience delivering ABA services and assessments.
