Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Assessor to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism across home and community settings. You will conduct functional and skills-based assessments, develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families.

You will supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, provide parent training, and monitor clinical outcomes using data-driven decision-making while adhering to BACB ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with supervisory experience.
• Experience conducting functional and skills-based assessments.
• Ability to train and support parents and collaborate with families.
