Job summary

Building Block Resolutions in Los Angeles, CA, is hiring BCBA/BCaBA for a full-time hybrid role. You will lead and supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a 10–15 client caseload, support assessments, and implement treatment plans under BCBA guidance.

You will track client progress, collaborate with families and the clinical team, and ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery while enjoying scheduling flexibility and strong team support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB).
• ABA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Travel throughout Los Angeles and Orange County may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients).
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
• Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance
• Track and review client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

We’re hiring BCBA's and BCaBA's for a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.

What You’ll Do
