Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Waltham, MA seeks an Adjunct Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultative services to individuals, families, caregivers, and DDS providers in the Charles River West Office. The role collaborates with support teams and conducts assessments to establish interventions aligned with the state Positive Behavior Support regulations.

This hybrid position requires 2–3 days on-site with in-person community observations.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA-certified and eligible to practice in MA.
• Experience providing consultative behavior analysis services.
• Ability to assess and design interventions for adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to individuals, families, caregivers and DDS providers.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments and establish interventions.
• Collaborate with DDS staff and other providers to support settings.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with Positive Behavior Support regulations.
• Perform in-person observations in communities served by the area office.
