Job summary

ABS Kids in Temecula, CA is seeking a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in a flexible, locally focused setting. You’ll join a team led by BCBAs, helping families thrive while contributing to program development and community involvement.

You’ll hold a Master’s degree and a BCBA credential (or be pursuing certification) with supervision opportunities, competitive compensation, and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; BCBA certification required or in progress
• 1+ year BCBA supervision preferred but new grads welcome
• Experience delivering ABA services with children with autism

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism
• Supervise and mentor future BCBAs
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Uphold ethical standards and data-driven practices
