Job summary

ABS Kids in California is seeking a BCBA to lead autism services with strong clinical and ethical standards. You’ll work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment, shaping programs for children and families while enjoying flexible scheduling and local caseloads.

We offer competitive compensation ($102,000–$105,000 year 1), signing bonus/relocation, uncapped bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities across 20+ centers.
