Job summary

ABS Kids in Oxnard, CA is seeking a BCBA to lead behavioral therapy for children with autism. You’ll work in a supportive, mission-driven environment where BCBAs mentor each other and drive outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for BCBA eligibility
• BCBA certification or in progress welcome new grads
• Commitment to ethical ABA practices and continuous learning
• Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy to children with autism across assigned caseload
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and clinical team to tailor treatment plans
• Document progress and maintain quality standards in line with ABA best practices
