Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a BCBA in New Jersey to deliver applied behavior analysis services to children with autism. You will work within a supportive, mission-driven team and be empowered to influence programs while maintaining high standards of care.

This role offers a guaranteed first-year compensation of $102,000–$105,000, plus an uncapped monthly bonus plan and signing/relocation support. Enjoy strong benefits, generous PTO, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
