Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a role in Wilmington, NC. The BCBA will coordinate Applied Behavior Analysis services, perform functional analyses and assessments, and develop behavior acquisition and reduction procedures tailored to individuals and families.

You will supervise associates, guide Direct Support Professionals, and ensure proper documentation related to Behavior Support Plans, reporting to the clinical director as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed to practice in North Carolina (LBA NC) or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide ABA services for individuals and families, including function analyses and assessments.
• Oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
• Document and implement Behavior Support Plans in line with clinical directives.
• Report to the clinical director on progress and outcomes.

JOB GOAL:

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior Support Plans.
