Ilocatum is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to coordinate and deliver ABA services. You will assess needs, design behavior intervention plans, and supervise RBTs to ensure high fidelity in program implementation.

In this role, you will train and support families, communicate progress with parents and staff, and coordinate with the corporate office to ensure services align with organizational standards and treatment goals.

Formación

• Licensed BCBA in Maryland (LBA) with active certification.
• BCBA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide parent trainings and coaching.

JOB GOAL

The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.

A BCBA will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior Support Plans.
