Total Education Solutions is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to join our after-school program in Troy, Michigan. The role offers a hybrid schedule with an on-site presence and one remote workday per week, typically from 4 to 7 PM.

The BCBA will provide hierarchical ABA services, collaborate with families, and support staff across school, clinic, and home settings to promote client progress. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a related field with BCBA certification and LBA license, access to a mobile

• BCBA certification and LBA license.
• Access to a mobile phone and basic internet when offsite.
• Auto insurance with minimum 25/50K liability coverage.
• Successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support and consultation to clients, parents, and staff in school, clinic, or home environments.
• Assess needs and develop behavioral strategies and plans tailored to each client.
• Train, supervise, and mentor behaviorists in ABA principles.
• Monitor progress and modify behavior plans as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of services and changes.

Troy, Michigan | Hybrid | 4 - 7PM
Pay: $40.00–$44.18 per hour*

*Range depends on experience, certification, education, and second language use (50% of the time).

Total Education Solutions is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our behavior services team in Troy, Michigan. This part-time position is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with families, behavior staff, and related-service professionals while maintaining flexibility through a hybrid schedule.

The position provides support during after-school hours, typically 4-7PM, with the opportunity to work remotely one day each week.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide clinical guidance and behavioral support across a variety of settings. Responsibilities include:

• Providing one-to-one support and consultation to clients, parents, and behaviorists in school, clinic, and/or home environments.
• Assessing individual needs and developing behavioral strategies and behavior plans tailored to each client.
• Training, supervising, and mentoring behaviorists in the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Monitoring client progress and making appropriate modifications to behavior plans, strategies, and techniques.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of services, interventions, strategies, and behavior-plan changes.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Master’s degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Current, valid BCBA certification and LBA license.
• Access to a mobile phone for email communication and basic internet access when working offsite.
• Valid auto insurance with minimum 25/50K liability coverage.
• Successful completion of a clear background check.

Work Setting & Physical Requirements

This position may involve working in a variety of environments, including:

• Classrooms
• Clinics
• Client homes

The role may include exposure to moderate to loud noise levels, and physical demands can vary depending on the work setting and the needs of the individuals served. The BCBA should be comfortable working with individuals who demonstrate a wide range of behaviors and support needs.
