Job summary

Jobot in Orange, CA is seeking a BCBA to oversee the clinical operations of ABA services across centers. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, guide assessments and treatment plans, and ensure high-quality care for all cases.

You will lead data-driven program development, staff onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with BACB guidelines and payer requirements. This is an on-site, permanent role offering strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations of the center, ensuring high-quality ABA services are delivered across all cases
• Provide leadership, supervision, and development for BCBAs and RBTs
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of clinical staff
• Maintain oversight of caseload distribution and ensure appropriate clinical coverage
• Review and guide assessments, treatment plans (FBA/BIP), and overall clinical programming
• Monitor data and outcomes to drive continuous improvement across the center
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, including scaling services and expanding capacity
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, payer requirements, and company standards
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on quality care and staff retention
