Ashton North LLC seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA treatment programs in North Carolina. You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized plans, analyze data, supervise RBTs, and train caregivers to generalize skills beyond therapy.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Eligibility for North Carolina behavior analysts licensure.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and clinical decision-making abilities.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff.

The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment is delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to meet applicable North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
