Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a compassionate, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment programs in North Carolina. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
