We’re a small, BCBA woman-owned Bay Area agency building supportive, sane workloads for clinicians. Our programs with ABA intervention programs or the Behavior Respite program are staffed by trained RBTs/BTs and supervised by BCBAs and mid-level. For the BR program we focus on supporting safety, stability, and family quality of life— with lighter documentation than insurance-funded ABA and predictable, family-friendly schedules.
You will oversee Behavior Technicians providing either ABA program or the Behavior Respite services for children and young adults served by the Regional Center. You’ll ensure services are safe, ethical, and consistent with BACB supervision standards and California Title 17/Regional Center requirements. (Behavior Respite is support-focused—not intensive treatment.)
