Job summary

Building Blocks Therapy Avon is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA teams in a center-based setting with some wraparound care at clients' homes and schools.

The successful candidate will develop treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, and provide guidance with clear communication and feedback to ensure high-quality client outcomes. This is a full-time, salaried role with weekly work-from-home flexibility.

Full-time, Salaried, Weekly WFH or Flex Day

Role:

The BCBA position is to be considered a leadership role within the ABA teams at BBT. The ideal candidate will be able to develop client’s treatment plans, as well as supervise Registered Behavior Technicians to implement such plans. Behavior Technicians will rely on their BCBA to assist them in overcoming challenges and answer questions about their day to day client interactions. Solid communication skills and openness to feedback are necessary. The BCBA should be organized, and self-sufficient to successfully perform in this role.

Position is primarily center-based with some wraparound care required in clients home and school for coordination of care and generalization of skills.
