Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our Kingwood, TX clinic. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients and families.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000–$85,000 per year, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision insurance, CEU allowance, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification (BACB & state, if applicable).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication & leadership skills.
• Experience as a practicing BCaBA preferred.
