Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
- Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming.
- Collect, analyze, and graph client data to monitor progress.
- Assist with functional behavior assessments.
- Provide caregiver training under BCBA supervision.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Conduct competency assessments and provide performance feedback.
