Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Hawai‘i seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead functional behavior assessments and design intervention plans. You will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and train teams while upholding BACB ethical standards.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse team, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to comprehensive client care with a focus on compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB standards.
• Hawaiʻi state behavior analysis license required before start date.
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; including use of technology.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments.
• Design and monitor implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct group trainings and supervisions.
• Adhere to BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
• Cultivate a culture of Compassion, Excellence and Reliability.
