Job summary

A growing ABA provider is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field is mandatory.
• Experience with GHS/Medicaid processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments including FBAs and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
• Supervise and support RBTs/BTs in various settings.
• Monitor client progress to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with partners.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code.
