A growing ABA provider is actively seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in Grand Blanc, Michigan. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field along with BCaBA certification. Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification is required.
• Experience with GHS/Medicaid processes is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, including FBAs and skill-based assessments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs/BTs in various settings.
• Review data and monitor client progress to guide treatment.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with partners.
• Ensure documentation meets insurance requirements.
• Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code.
