Job summary

Laugh and Learn Therapy LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Grand Blanc location to assess, plan, and supervise treatment programs for clients. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure continuity of care and maintain high professional standards.

The role requires data-based decision making, regular documentation, and supervision of RBTs/BTs, with ongoing education to meet BACB requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop skills accordingly.
• Strong time management while handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and staff.
• Adherence to HIPAA laws and ethics per BACB.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior plans based on assessments.
• Ensure effective implementation of treatment plans and programming.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Collect data to evaluate plan efficacy and make data-based decisions.
• Prepare and submit required documentation on time.
• Supervise and evaluate RBTs/BTs and conduct annual evaluations.
