Job summary

KidsChoice Therapy and Play Center in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our clinical team. You will work with BCBAs to deliver data-driven ABA services to children and families.

The role emphasizes implementing BIPs, direct therapy, skill acquisition, caregiver training, and collaborating with families across home, school, clinic, and community settings. A BCaBA with strong data skills and ethical practice is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Current Oklahoma OLBAB BCaBA certification.
• Experience implementing ABA programs for children/adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong data collection, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Successful completion of required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov screenings.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIPs and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in various settings.
• Support skill generalization and independence across home, school, clinic, and community.
• Assist with caregiver training and treatment carryover strategies under BCBA direction.
• Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data.
• Monitor client progress and share observations with the supervising BCBA.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time using the Rethink EMR platform.
