BRIGHT FUTURE ABA SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a BCaBA to provide hands-on clinical support under ongoing BCBA supervision, in accordance with BACB standards. The role emphasizes structure, ethical practice, clear boundaries, and growth within a clinician-led team.

Hours are full-time with a flexible, hybrid setup including remote work options. Compensation is hourly, reflecting experience and scope, with paid supervision and strong professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCaBA with 1–3 years of experience
• Willingness to work under BACB supervision
• Commitment to ethical practice and clear boundaries

Responsabilités

• Support RBTs with programs developed by the BCBA
• Model teaching procedures and behavior strategies during sessions
• Assist with RBT onboarding and case-specific training
• Conduct probes and assist with program updates under BCBA direction
• Review session data and prepare summaries for BCBA review
• Participate in parent training as directed by the supervising BCBA
• Collaborate with school staff using BCBA-approved goals and strategies
