Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role serving clients across the United States. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise ABA treatment plans, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress while enjoying flexible scheduling.

You will join a nationwide network offering ongoing CEUs, peer support, and a dedicated BCBA Success Manager to support your clinical and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification and licensure (preferred in NY).
• Experience providing ABA services, especially with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical, clinical standards.
