Job summary

KidsChoice Therapy and Play Center in OKC is seeking a BCaBA to implement ABA programs, collect data, supervise RBTs, and deliver direct ABA services to clients. You will complete documentation in Rethink EMR and support BCBA oversight.

Responsibilities include FBA data collection, team collaboration, and ensuring compliance with BACB ethics. A BCaBA certification and Oklahoma licensure are required, with a 75k base plus commission annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; master's degree preferred for BCBA certification.
• Current, active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Current Oklahoma OLBAB BCaBA certification under Title 59 O.S. §1928; no sanctions.
• ABA program experience with children/adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency with Rethink EMR or comparable ABA data collection systems preferred.
• Background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screens cleared.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect, record, and analyze session data; present trends and proposed program changes.
• Supervise RBTs on assigned cases under BCBA oversight.
• Provide direct ABA services including program implementation and family training.
• Complete clinical documentation for BCaBA-delivered services in the Rethink EMR on time.
• Assist BCBA with FBA data collection and indirect assessments as directed.
• Participate in team meetings, family meetings, and school coordination.
• Maintain BCaBA certification per BACB and OLBAB renewal requirements.
• Comply with BACB Ethics Code at all times.
