Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in Brookfield, WI is seeking a motivated BCaBA to supervise current clients and supervise RBT staff while receiving guidance from BCBAs. The role emphasizes delivering BCBA-related tasks and direct therapy support within a collaborative clinic.

The ideal candidate will hold BCaBA certification, a Master’s in a related field, and progress toward BCBA certification within a year, with a strong foundation in behavior analysis and supervision experience.

Qualifications

• BACB BCaBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in special education or psychology.
• BCBA certification within 1 year of offer.
• Extensive knowledge of behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in person supervisor to current clients / RBTs in a BCBA capacity with mentorship from BCBAs.
• Provides up to 30 hours doing BCBA related tasks.
• Provides 10 hours of direct therapy / RBT services to clients.
• Support new hire BT/RBT training as needed.
• Proactively manage and develop RBT staff.

Education And Experience

• BACB Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) required


• A Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices


• Pending BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within 1 year of offer


• Possess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.


• Previous experience in supervision preferred.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

• Must abide by The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts on the BACB


• Must abide by HIPAA policies set forth by InBloom


• Must have reliable transportation, driver’s license, insurance, and smartphone


• Work positively and favorably with consumers, families, and staff


• Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude


• Requires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written

Physical Requirements

• Physical capacity to move quickly and respond to potentially aggressive behavior and


• de-scalate situations with clients.


• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, squatting, running and/or


• sitting in order to interact with clients.


• Must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds to assist with client positioning or mobility.


• Adequate vision and hearing are needed to work with clients and staff.


• Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment and other


• necessary tools.
