Job summary

Regions is seeking an experienced Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Manager to lead our Enterprise BC/DR programs. The role demands expert planning, development, execution, maintenance and testing of resiliency initiatives across the organization.

The position requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams in crisis scenarios. It is an onsite role located in Hoover, AL with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of hands‑on BC/DR experience, including leadership.
• Alternatively, 14 years of BC/DR experience with 3 years of leadership.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk and Compliance as it applies to BCDR.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise resiliency strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead Disaster Recovery, BC, Operational Resilience and Vendor Resilience programs.
• Establish governance, standards and testing frameworks for readiness.
