Responsibilities

• Operate a dish machine following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Buss, sort, rinse and rack dishes; keep dishes stocked and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, work areas and restrooms.
• Support BOH team to ensure a clean and inviting dining environment.
