Job summary

City Barbeque in Whitestown, Indiana is seeking back-of-house team members including Prep Cook, Pits, and Dishwasher to join our fast-paced operation. You’ll work independently with a strong team mindset in a guest-focused environment.

You'll follow recipes and sanitation guidelines, and help ensure timely take-out and catering orders. This role offers stable shifts and opportunities to grow within a beloved BBQ concept.

Qualifications

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests.
• Work in a fast and independent manner.
• Can cross-train and work multiple stations.
• Follow recipes and procedures with accuracy and sanitation.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for each shift and punch in/out accurately.
• Prepare hot foods by following recipes, neatly and with sanitation in mind.
• Collaborate to prepare take-out and catering orders quickly.
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently.
• Support teammates and guests with a positive attitude.
