City Barbeque is hiring for back-of-house positions (Prep Cook, Pits, Dish Washer) in a fast-paced kitchen focused on consistent quality and rapid service. You will follow established recipes, maintain sanitation standards, and contribute to a high-energy team dedicated to delivering great BBQ.

We value teamwork and flexibility, with opportunities to cross-train across stations and support catering and take-out orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests (customer-facing)
• Work fast and independently
• Cross-train and work multiple stations
• Follow recipes and procedures accurately
• Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for each shift and punch in/out accurately
• Complete hot food prep assignments per recipes
• Prepare take-out and catering orders promptly
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists thoroughly
• Provide a positive attitude with teammates and guests
