City Barbeque in Indianapolis is hiring back-of-house team members to prep and serve delicious BBQ. Open roles include Prep Cook, Pits, and Dishwasher. You will follow recipes, maintain sanitation, and work across stations.

Qualificações

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests.
• Work in a fast-paced, independent manner.
• Follow recipes and sanitation guidelines accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare hot foods according to recipes and station checklists.
• Work across Prep, Pits, and Dish areas as needed.
• Assist with takeout and catering orders in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout shift.
• Contribute to team by pitching in to help others.
