The RN Supervisor will direct care planning, supervise weekend coverage, and model professional practice while coordinating with the nursing team to meet residents' needs and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an RN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Assumes primary nursing responsibilities for management of resident and staff activities.
• Directs formulation and implementation of resident care plans to meet specialized needs of geriatric residents using assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Serves as professional role model to the other staff.

The RN Supervisor utilizes nursing practice and management skills and ensures resident care is administered in accordance the company’s policies and procedures. Directs the formulation and implementation of resident’s care plan to meet specialized needs of geriatric residents using assessment and diagnostic skills. Serves as professional role model to the other staff.
