Overview

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Westminster, MD. The RN will provide 1:1 patient‑centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes, focusing on quality, compassion, and patient advocacy.

Office Location

Westminster, MD

Coverage Area

Howard and Baltimore County

Schedule

12‑hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs
• Create personalized home‑health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on‑call rotations as required by local branch operations

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited nursing school
• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of practice and state of residence
• Minimum one year of nursing practice in a patient‑care setting; experience in home health, geriatrics, or related settings preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
• Current CPR certification
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability

Salary Range

USD $60.00 – $65.00 per hour
