What You Will Do in the Role

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, share what Topgolf offers, and recommend food, beverage, and gaming options to enhance their experience and drive sales.
• Provide outstanding recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, keep Bay areas clean and organized, and maintain a welcoming space.
• Work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers, create a strong T-line presence, and resolve concerns with a smile.
• Commit to safety and sanitation standards, maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Live Topgolf’s core values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—every day.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
• On your feet most of the day; love to walk throughout your shift.
• Constant engagement in physical activities; a can‑do attitude is essential.
• Endurance to keep up the pace in a high‑volume environment.

Legal age required to serve alcohol, where required by law.
