Topgolf International in Jacksonville is seeking a Bayhost to welcome players, take food and beverage orders, and help ensure an exceptional visit. This high-volume role requires energy, a strong foundation in full-service restaurant service, and the ability to upsell items.

Open availability is required, including nights, weekends and holidays. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor setting and work closely with a fun, collaborative team to deliver memorable experiences and drive sales.

Qualifications

Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their experience and drive sales through suggestive selling.
Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized.
Be readily available with a strong team presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver a memorable Player experience—from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile.

What Is a Bayhost?

Bayhosts are more than servers. You’ll take care of guests throughout their entire Topgolf experience—from welcoming them into their bay and taking food and beverage orders to anticipating their needs and helping make sure their visit is one they want to repeat. This is a high-volume position, and we’re specifically looking for candidates who already have a strong foundation in full-service restaurant service.

What We’re Looking For

Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience—from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile.

Physical Requirements

Lift and Move Things: You’ll be handling items up to 50 lb., so being comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things is key.

On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift.

Active Tasks: From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities.

A can-do attitude is essential!

Endurance: Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.

This role requires that you must be of legal age to serve alcohol {where required by law}.
