Topgolf International in Ridgeland, MS is hiring part-time Bay Hosts. Welcome Players with energy, recommend food and drinks, take orders, and keep bays clean to ensure a fun, seamless experience. Flexible day, night and weekend shifts support part-time needs in a lively entertainment venue.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, team mindset, and strong guest focus. Previous food/beverage service in hospitality or entertainment is a plus; training and growth opportunities abound at Topgolf.

• Demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to engage with Players.
• Embraces a one-team mentality to deliver a smooth guest experience.
• Focuses on players and anticipates their needs throughout the visit.
• Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced entertainment setting.
• Has prior experience serving food and beverages in hospitality or entertainment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm and explain Topgolf offerings.
• Make thoughtful food, beverage and gaming recommendations and drive sales.
• Take orders quickly and accurately, and keep bays clean and organized.
• Collaborate with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all tasks throughout shifts.
