Job summary

Topgolf in North Charleston, SC is seeking a friendly Bay Host to greet guests, take and deliver orders, and keep bays clean while guiding guests through Topgolf technology. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment and help create a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience and strong communication, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at the bays and provide information about Topgolf offerings.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bay areas; clear tables and collect golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and explain how to use Topgolf technology.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
